Why does my tomtom one xl MapShare not working?

Have, despite the connection with my computer on a regular basis, the streets roundabouts in Scotland had been removed and replaced with traffic lights continue to show, with roundabouts. I even bought the map update from TomTom but still no luck! Any Thoughts?
