GPS/Fishfinder combo.. is it worth it to buy the M68 Lowrance or 383c Hummingbird?

Are the ones with the larger display really better? I’m not a pro, just an average fisherman and don’t want to spend more than I have to. But I also don’t want to waste my money! Thanks………..
