A good car GPS?

I want to find a good GPS for my bf for Christmas. Not too worried about the price. Read reviews, I am the Taste of the TomTom and Garmin nüvi. I do wish the multiple destination routing, Bluetooth, ability to have a connection to the car, obtain traffic alerts, and what the bells and whistles upper end units. Screen and overall quality is really important! Thanks for the input!

I like the Garmin nüvi series best. Compact Design, beautiful, high-resolution screen with excellent touch-screen sensitivity, a lot of useful, customizable features, precise mapping of the data, and very intuitive user interface (Magellan is also very good).
