How do you add maps onto the SD CARD using the MYGUIDE 3100 GPS Unit navigation CD ROM?

I have got a myguide 3100 gps unit. But I think all the maps have been deleted. But there is the navigation CD which you can transfer the maps on to the SD CARD. How do you transfer it.
Can I have step by step guide please

hello,
switch satnav on,(so it is at screen with navigation and settings)
download active sync 4.5, install it reboot pc
plug usb from pc into bottom of ur 3100 , active sync will detect it, when the window pops up click NO,
then on active sync window click explore.
then on ur pc goto my computer & explore drive where the myguide cd is and just drag and drop maps from cd to folder= sdcard/maps, click navigate and all maps copied will be detected, thats it, hope this helps
