How do I upload a file on my GPS (Garmin c340)?

I bought a preloaded Garmin c340, and now I have a file that I downloaded from the Web Not occur (GPX) file, with all the red light cameras and such, and another splash screen as well, but my GPS with MapSource, the software used for the is because she says she does not need it, because it pre-installed. I tried to download it from Garmin, but they only Releses the "upgrade" so it does not work. Who knows how upload these files? Even if not with the MapSource? Thanks!
