gps garmin nuvi 260

What is a good touchscreen affordable and reliable gps?

I’m looking for a Garmin touchscreen one. I’ve tried the Garmin Nuvi 200 and 260 and they suck. They work fine for a couple of days and then they won’t pick up satellite signals (even after resetting them). Any advice?

I am suggestion Garmin and TomTom GPS.

If you buy a Garmin, choose a model that ends with a “5″, like 205, 255, 265, 755, or 765, is a newer model (old models is end with “0″ like 200, 350, 360, 760, etc).

The new model upgrades from the older model series and have more feature such as widescreen, mp3, etc.

I’d recommend a Garmin 205, or 205W (same as 205 but has a wider screen), or 255W (same as 205W but reads street names instead of just saying “turn left” or “turn right”).
